Cancellations
All cancelled orders which have shipped or can’t be cancelled with the vendors are subject to a restocking fee. If the order has shipped or can not be cancelled with the vendor RESTOCKING FEES WILL BE APPLIED. All cancelled home, furniture & mattress orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. All cancelled or returned flooring orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee plus any shipping charges and must be in unopened boxes. Please make sure all measurements/color/etc. have been taken into account as most items are custom ordered. Custom cabinet orders can not be returned.
Returns
Cleveland Home Outlet accepts furniture returns within 7 days of receipt of items with the exception of mattresses and bedding products, Red Tag or Scratch & Dent items which can not be returned. Flooring can only be accepted in un open boxes. Custom cabinet orders can not be returned. Custom orders which have shipped or can’t be cancelled with the vendor are subject to a restocking fee.
Cleveland Home Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns of items outside of the 7 day limit. We are unable to receive upholstered furniture and items which are not in their original condition. Any returns permitted outside of the 7 day window will result in a restocking fee.
“Floor Models" and "As-is" Items
“Floor Model” and “As Is” merchandise do not have any warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All “Floor Models” and “As Is” merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and a restocking fee.
Delivery
Delivery fees are non-refundable after a delivery has been attempted. This includes, but is not limited to, item not fitting into the space and customer not being present for the scheduled delivery time.
