Shipping policy
At this time we only offer local threshold delivery. We do not ship out of state.
Threshold Delivery service includes the delivery of purchases to your home. We can place items on your porch, garage or right inside your home.
Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged.
Delivery does NOT include removal of current items.
$200 within 20 miles of the store.
$250.00 for deliveries between 20 – 60 miles.
$350.00 for deliveries between 61 – 90 miles.
Please measure your space. Delivery fees are non refundable after the delivery is attempted.
Assembly is an additional fee and invoiced separately.
1-2 items: $50
3-4 items: $100
5-6 items $150
7-8 items $200
9-10 items $250
We do not ship out of state.
Additional Information:
**For in-stock items, expect deliveries around a week from purchase.
**For items which need to be ordered, expect order time to be approximately 6-12 weeks and delivery time within a week after arrival to our facility. (All estimated time frames are subject to change)
A pick-up fee of $150 will be charged if Cleveland Home Outlet has to pick up merchandise. Any delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
“Floor Models" and "As-is" Items
“Floor Model” and “As Is” merchandise do not have any warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All “Floor Models” and “As Is” merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and a 10% restocking fee.

Cleveland Home Outlet accepts returns within 7 days of receipt of items with the exception of bedding products, Red Tag or Scratch & Dent items.
Any item returned outside of the 7 days will result in a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
Any purchase which was ordered from an outside vendor and returned or cancelled within the 7 day return window, will result in a 10% restocking fee.
Items must be in the same condition they were received and in their original packaging when applicable. Cleveland Home Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns of items outside of the 7 day limit as well as, but not limited to, upholstered furniture, items which are not in the original packaging or in the condition it was received such as damage or misuse from customers.
“Floor Models" and "As-is" Items

Cancellations
All cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee of 10% if the order has been loaded on a truck, shipped, or arrived and can not be cancelled with the vendor. Please make sure all measurements/color/etc. have been taken into account as most items are custom ordered. The difference of any refundable amount may also be used as store credit or towards another order. Returned items must be in their original packaging and the same condition in which they were received.
Delivery
Delivery fees are non-refundable after a delivery has been attempted. This includes, but is not limited to, item not fitting into the space and customer not being present for the scheduled delivery time.
